Mike Silane, Founder & Managing Partner

Most recently, Mike was the Managing Director of the South West Region for a global investment company.  In this role, Mike oversaw eight investment teams across multiple states, ensuring a consistently high level of service delivery, associate development/training and strict compliance oversight.  While in this role, Mike also managed some of the largest, most financially complex groups of clients at the firm.

  • 30+ years of Wealth Management experience and progressive leadership roles

  • MBA, Finance – Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles

  • CFA – Chartered Financial Analyst accreditation

    The CFA designation is given to investment professionals who have successfully completed the requirements set by the globally recognized CFA Institute. To be eligible for the CFA designation, candidates must meet the following criteria:

    1. Pass three rigorous, six-hour exams over several years

    2. Have 4 years of acceptable professional work experience

    3. Join the CFA Institute by committing to the CFA Institute's Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct

  • Equity strategy committee member – Reviewed internal/external equity managers for overall wealth management firm

  • Adjunct professor spanning 6 years with 2 California State Universities – taught corporate & personal finance

  • Finance Committee, St. Joseph Hospital
